1. Service Scope
We provide diagnosis and repair services for Sony electronic products. All services are carried out by trained technicians.

2. Warranty on Repairs
Repairs come with a limited warranty on replaced parts and workmanship, valid for [30/90] days unless stated otherwise.

3. Customer Responsibility
Customers must back up their data before service. We are not responsible for data loss during repairs.

4. Estimates and Payments
Customers will receive a cost estimate before repair. Full payment is required upon service completion.

5. Cancellation Policy
Service requests can be canceled before work begins. Diagnosis fees may apply if the inspection has already started.

6. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions or unauthorized prior repairs.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
